  • Critical: 1d8 damage per plus
  • Property: The Blade of Arcane Vengeance may be used as an implement for arcane attack powers, granting it's enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls with these powers.
  • Power (Encounter): Minor. Negate any opportunity attacks that you provoke by using a ranged at-will power that has the implement keyword.
  • Power (Daily): Minor. Negate any opportunity attacks that you provoke by using a ranged encounter power that has the implement keyword.
